Residential Elevators is actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Elevator Cab Builder to join our dynamic team. As a vital contributor to our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for constructing high-quality, custom elevator cabs that adhere to our strict standards for safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Requirements

• Proven experience in fabrication, woodworking, metalworking, or elevator construction
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures related to manufacturing and construction
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fabricate, and install custom elevator cabs in accordance with design specifications and safety standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise construction
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials such as wood, metal, and composite components
• Ensure all components are properly fitted, aligned, and finished to meet quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication or assembly issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during fabrication and assembly processes
