Requirements

Proven experience in fabrication, woodworking, metalworking, or elevator construction
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
Knowledge of safety standards and procedures related to manufacturing and construction
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Good communication skills and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

Assemble, fabricate, and install custom elevator cabs in accordance with design specifications and safety standards
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise construction
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials such as wood, metal, and composite components
Ensure all components are properly fitted, aligned, and finished to meet quality standards
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication or assembly issues
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during fabrication and assembly processes
