About The Position
SpaceManager Closets is a top-rated custom closet and home organization solutions company in Houston. They design, sell, manufacture, and install custom closets, home offices, garages, laundry rooms, pantries, murphy beds, and more. SpaceManager is known for its excellent customer service, having won multiple service awards. The company is experiencing growth in the home improvement sector and is seeking to add a member to their factory/install team. This role involves preparing jobs in the factory, checking for accuracy and quality before client installation. The ideal candidate will have a good attitude, great attention to detail, and a focus on client satisfaction. A company vehicle, tools, and a full-time schedule are provided. Availability to work some Saturdays is required.
Requirements
- Proficient in reading shop drawings
- Effectively able to communicate with shop, installation and engineering co-workers
- Passion for performing quality and detail-oriented work
- Valid Drivers License
Responsibilities
- Assemble cabinet shelves, cases and doors
- Sort and prioritize parts or jobs based on production calendar
- Assist in shop related tasks regarding maintenance and cleaning
- Assist other shop departments as necessary
