About The Position

The Part-Time Cabin Server provides exceptional in-flight service and supports passengers’ comfort and well-being. As part of a dedicated crew, the Cabin Server supports specific aircraft and principals by delivering a personalized, elevated experience. The role anticipates passenger needs, maintains meticulous cabin standards, and coordinates with flight crews to support seamless operations.

The Cabin Server works closely with the Full-Time Cabin Server and Lead Pilot to support flight missions as needed, approximately five days per month. Stand-out applicants may have the opportunity to join the team as a dedicated Full-Time Cabin Server.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reside within three hours’ driving distance of KEGE airport.
• Have a valid driver’s license and passport.
• Be able to work an extremely flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Be able to take initiative and work productively in an unsupervised environment.
• Be highly motivated and organized, have extreme attention to detail, and be able to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Be proficient with computers, including MS Office Suite and G Suite.
• Be able to lift 25 pounds and sit, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Three to five years of customer service experience.
• Culinary training or fine dining food service experience.
• Prior aviation experience, preferably in client relations.
• Willingness to travel with relatively little advance notice.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of service while ensuring the safety and comfort of each aircraft passenger during flight.
• Plan, prepare, and serve passenger meals and beverages.
• Anticipate passengers’ needs and develop customer relations.
• Maintain the aircraft and hangar in an exceptionally organized condition; purchase and stock inventory; and ensure storage areas and aircraft are presented comfortably.
• Coordinate and support team members to cover operational and logistical requirements.
• Support the safety and quality of assigned duties and responsibilities by actively and positively participating in ACI Jet’s SQMS program.
