As a Cabin Sales Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through the Ulrich Proven Process and working closely with our team to deliver exceptional cabin solutions. This hybrid role blends relationship-building, lead qualification, and consultative sales to ensure every customer begins their cabin journey on the right path. All hires begin in the Advisor role to learn the Ulrich Proven Process, with progression into a Cabin Sales Designer (closing) position expected upon demonstrated performance and consistency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a consultative selling environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people
  • Proven ability to ask great questions, listen actively, and uncover customer needs
  • Confident closer who is persuasive and comfortable discussing investment decisions
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs and Google Suite
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple customers simultaneously
  • Positive, energetic, and eager to learn and grow professionally

Nice To Haves

  • HubSpot experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first touchpoint for inbound leads via phone, text, email, and walk-ins
  • Engage and qualify leads by identifying customer motivations, timelines, and budgets
  • Guide prospective buyers through the Ulrich Proven Process with professionalism and care
  • Build strong relationships and trust with clients to uncover lifestyle-aligned cabin solutions
  • Transition customers from inquiry to design consultation and final sale, documenting key notes in CRM
  • Present Ulrich's value proposition with confidence and align products with customer needs
  • Manage and maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot experience preferred)
  • Process payments and contracts, ensuring a smooth and professional customer handoff
  • Follow up with no-shows and stalled leads to nurture ongoing opportunities
  • Monitor showroom cleanliness, manage supplies, and uphold Ulrich brand standards
