About The Position
The Cabin Cleaner ensures aircraft interiors are clean and sanitized between flights, helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for passengers and crew. The role includes cleaning and restocking cabin areas, removing trash, and following aviation safety and security protocols. The position is suitable for someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. No experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided. The hourly pay rate is $19.00; the specific offer may vary based on experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- No experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Must be able to communicate using basic English.
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required.
Nice To Haves
- One year of similar work experience.
- Previous aviation, aircraft appearance, or cleaning experience.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize aircraft cabins, including seats, tray tables, overhead bins, and lavatories.
- Vacuum carpets and wipe down hard surfaces.
- Remove trash and debris from seat pockets and floors.
- Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and seat pocket items.
- Follow all airline and TSA safety and security procedures.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Work efficiently within tight turnaround times between flights.
