Requirements

  • Flight Safety International or equivalent corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training.
  • MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification or CPR/AED equivalent.
  • Four years in a similar role, with at least two years of culinary and/or high-end hospitality experience
  • High school diploma required
  • Ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles, included extended trips, holidays and weekends.
  • Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) to ensure smooth operations, conduct preflight cabin checks, report maintenance issues, and coordinate with crews to maintain a pristine aircraft.
  • Assist with cabin systems, luggage, and seating arrangements, including for children and passengers with disabilities and operate safety equipment. For Part 91 flights ensure passenger compliance with federal regulations, deliver safety briefings if/as advised by the PIC, and assist/command the cabin in an event of an aircraft or medical emergency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and luxurious cabin, manage bedding and supplies, source vendors, and prepare and serve meals and beverages tailored to passenger preferences.
  • Update client profiles, complete post-trip reports, manage expense accounts, and maintain aircraft-specific manuals while staying current with all required training.
  • Lead and mentor contract or part-time crew members and represent Jet Aviation as a trusted ambassador to industry groups and regulatory bodies.
