About The Position
The Cabana Server is responsible for setting up and preparing all Cabanas and Premium Seating in the Waterpark, as well as back-of-house service areas. This role involves assisting with the setup of the private banquet area, serving food and beverages to customers, collecting payments, attending monthly Waterpark Food and Beverage meetings, and general cleaning of the Cabanas, Premium Seating, and back-of-house service areas. The server must provide prompt and professional service to guests and assist other departments when needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have at least 12 months of serving experience.
- Ability to stand and walk continually.
- Ability to lift trays and other containers of moderate weights up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work different schedules.
- Ability to attend monthly and corporate meetings.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and preparation of all Cabanas and Premium Seating in the Waterpark.
- Setting up the private banquet area.
- Service of food and beverages to customers.
- Collecting money.
- Attending all Waterpark Food and Beverage meetings on a monthly basis.
- General cleaning up of the Cabanas, Premium Seating, and back of the house service areas.
- Giving prompt and professional service to guests.
- Helping other departments when needed.
