About The Position

Primary purpose of painting cabs after they are prepared for painting. May also be required to prepare items for paint by sanding, caulking, masking, unmasking, loading paint line, unloading paint line.

Requirements

Ability to apply paint evenly.
Must be able to physically perform essential functions of the job.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 74 lbs. and frequently up to/over 100 lbs.
Typically requires standing and walking on a regular basis, and climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, crawling, reaching, and handling occasionally.
Must be able to paint, sand, caulk and mask.
Specific vision requirements include depth perception, color vision and peripheral vision.
Good command of the English language is required, both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Ability to read prints, work instructions, computer, and safety instructions.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.

Report labor and job data accurately.
Perform other jobs within the department or plant as required by supervision.
