About The Position

Join CACI's elite intelligence team supporting critical national security missions in Charlottesville, VA. As a C4ISR Technical Analyst, you'll conduct technical exploitation and analysis of foreign weapon systems, C4ISR capabilities, and emerging technologies to help our nation’s engineering analysis of foreign weapon systems, C4ISR systems, and future technology. You'll work alongside expert analysts to evaluate foreign military systems, assist in the creation of high-fidelity models and simulations, and deliver highly technical intelligence products that directly impact decision-making for some of the nation's most challenging missions.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field OR equivalent intelligence analysis experience
  • Demonstrated experience conducting all-source technical intelligence analysis
  • Proficiency with Intelligence Community tradecraft standards, specifically ICD 203 and ICD 206
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex technical

  • Intelligence Community (IC) background with joint-level service experience
  • Experience with weapons and technical analysis
  • Radio Frequency (RF) analysis experience
  • Advanced degree in relevant technical or analytical field
  • Experience supporting scientific and technical intelligence analysis

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Foreign Military Capabilities: Conduct comprehensive analysis of foreign command, control, communications, computers (C4), and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) systems. Identify capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities within these systems to provide actionable intelligence.
  • Technical Intelligence Production: Research, develop, and deliver intelligence products, estimate assessments, and briefings in support of the National Ground Intelligence Program of Analysis (POA) and customer-driven requests for information (RFIs)
  • Technology Exploitation: Support technical exploitation of foreign systems and subcomponents to forecast future capabilities and battlefield effectiveness
  • Tradecraft Excellence: Apply Intelligence Community standards (ICD 203, ICD 206) to ensure analytic rigor and quality
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Evaluate unique mission areas requiring innovative analytical approaches using various intelligence tools and databases.
