About The Position

SAIC is seeking a C4I Simulation Integrator to support INDOPACOM in joint simulations, exercise design, architecture, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems, issue coordination/resolution and technical SME during event tests and execution. The successful candidate provides subject matter expertise and operational support to exercise communications design and execution of training events for the INDOPACOM Pacific Warfighting Center (PWC) with a focus on Modeling and Simulation (M&S) systems that support end to end life cycle development and execution, ensuring warfighter readiness and future capabilities are realized.

Requirements

• Subject matter expertise in C4I systems
• Operational support to exercise communications design and execution
• Focus on Modeling and Simulation (M&S) systems
• Experience with end to end life cycle development and execution of M&S systems
• Experience with Common Operational Picture (COP) technical architectures
• Experience with cross-domain solutions (CDS)
• Ability to operate computer models and C4I software and systems
• Experience testing and validating simulation solutions
• Experience performing system tests
• Experience generating equipment plans
• Experience packaging equipment for deployment
• Experience building set up and execution plans, SOPs, presentations, diagrams, technical documentation, floor plans, and training materials
• Experience setting up and providing required database, terrain, maps, and other products for event execution
• Experience identifying, establishing, and maintaining or replicating datalink architecture and network design parameters
• Experience with USINDOPACOM Joint Exercise Program (JEP) environment
• Experience contributing to the production of accurate simulation models and architectures related to C4I software and systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with technical planners and engineers to design simulation and Common Operational Picture (COP) technical architectures and solutions to include cross-domain solutions (CDS)
• Operate computer models (or simulation) and C4I software and systems
• Test and validate simulation solutions during the design and planning stages to ensure the solution works during technical tests (EFT, EOT) and during ECG Training and CPX/FTX execution
• Coordinate with team to perform system tests, generate equipment plans, and packaging equipment for deployment to other countries
• Builds set up and execution plans, SOPs, presentations, diagrams, technical documentation, floor plans, and training materials to ensure success at exercises
• Sets up and provides required database, terrain, maps, and other products for event execution
• Identify, establish, and maintain or replicate the datalink architecture and network design parameters required to connect the various exercise elements within the USINDOPACOM Joint Exercise Program (JEP) environment
• Contribute to the production of accurate simulation models and architectures related to C4I software and systems leveraged in JEP Exercises
