About The Position

Capstone Research Corporation is seeking to expand our team. Capstone Research Corporation is headquartered in Huntsville Alabama. We are a customer-oriented engineering services company providing world class research and development support across the Department of Defense (DoD): Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Missile Defense Agency (MDA). We have an immediate opening for a C2 Program Integrator to support Joint Missile Defense in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will support the program management, operational coordination, and milestone execution required to deliver these critical Joint Battle Management Command and Control (BMC2) capabilities. You will act as the essential bridge between government leadership and technical teams, aligning programmatic efforts, tracking system deliverables, and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders to support complex multi-domain fire control objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or significant applicable experience.
10+ years of applicable experience associated with program management, action officer duties, and software/system management activities.
Ability to research data, analyze information, synthesize options, and make sound recommendations to government officials.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
An active SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain it.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Joint C2, Battle Management, or Fire Control systems and operational concepts.
Familiarity with Mission Engineering principles-understanding how programmatic milestones and system interoperability directly map to mission thread execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage program plans and integration roadmaps on behalf of the customer, ensuring critical milestones are met and technical resources are aligned with program priorities
Support program office leadership on all programmatic and management activities associated with next-generation Joint C2 software and system capabilities.
Support the development of written and verbal products that clearly articulate on-going activities to internal and external organizations. This includes weekly Situation Reports, Command and Staff charts, responses to internal and external taskers, and updates to the Integrated Master Schedule.
Coordinate Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Meetings, and Working Groups; develop expert-level briefings, agendas, minutes, and rigorously track action items to completion.
Provide periodic reviews with appropriate representatives to determine the status of the overall project and major milestones; ensure coordination of orderly phasing of all actions and schedule/performance risk; proactively identify alternative risk mitigation approaches.
Coordinate tasker and staffing requests and develop historical archives to maintain critical institutional knowledge.
