The Program Manager (PM) serves as the senior leader responsible for overall execution, compliance, and performance of the UC‑12 CLS program supporting the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps’ global fleet of UC‑12F/M/W aircraft. The PM oversees all contractual, management, technical, operational, logistics, and reporting requirements defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), ensuring aircraft mission readiness, schedule adherence, and full regulatory compliance across multiple domestic and OCONUS Main Operating Bases (MOBs). The PM is the primary interface with the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Utility Lift IPT, and government site Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs), ensuring transparent communication, timely reporting, and continuous performance improvement. As the PM, you will manage the effort for operating and maintaining the fleet of aircraft, aircraft subsystems, and support equipment. The Program Manager will develop and maintain systems to oversee all aircraft maintenance and personnel, materials and inspections, launch and recovery of the aircraft, supply of all Contractor owned spares and support equipment through a Contractor Owned and Maintained Parts (COMP); repair and overhaul of all repairable spares at Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified repair stations; maintenance and repair of all support equipment; aircraft paint; engine repair and overhaul.
