About The Position

Last Mountain Co-op is hiring a C-Store Manager on a Full-Time permanent basis at our C-Store based in Raymore, SK. Last Mountain Co-op serves in the communities of Raymore, Punnichy, Govan, Semans and Nokomis. We are looking for a motivated leader that can help bring excitement, mentorship, and build a strong cultured workplace from day one!

Requirements

• 4-6 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years of leadership experience.
• High school diploma (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
• Propane Dispenser Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Honest and trustworthy.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Co-op and or Gas Bar/C-Store experience would be considered and asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote a friendly and co-operative attitude in the workplace each day.
• Responsible for the operation and administration of the gas bar and c-store functions.
• Ensure the receiving and handling of merchandise meets organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Help to achieve financial results and budget objectives in the areas of sales, margins, expenses, and profits.
• Provide leadership in the areas of outstanding customer service, loss prevention and health & safety.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience, ensuring products and service provided aligns with the expectations of external and internal customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
