About The Position

Accuracy Control Associates inspect operational processes and check merchandise quality from a financial and control perspective. They ensure merchandise movement follows company standard operating procedures and best practices. The role maintains quality reports of audits across receiving, put-a-ways, profile, replenishments, picking, packing, and returns, and helps ensure merchandise shipped to customers meets company requirements. The position is located at the TJ Maxx Fulfillment Center in Memphis.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of receiving, replenishment, picking, and shipping.
Working knowledge of Manhattan.
Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to operate RF equipment where needed.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to climb stairs and/or walk or stand consistently throughout the day.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with accurate reporting.
Available to work overtime and flexible schedules.
Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
No corrective actions on file.
Good attendance record.

Responsibilities

Compile and maintain quality reports for audits of receiving, put-a-ways, profile, replenishments, picking, packing, and returns.
Ensure company standard operating procedures are followed.
Ensure merchandise shipped to customers meets company requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Notify the Operations Supervisor or Area Operations Manager about incorrect or damaged merchandise.
Notify the supervisor or Area Operations Manager about unsafe storage issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
