About The Position

ProSidian seeks a C&SCM Training / Change Management Consultant for Program Support on an Exempt 1099 Contract basis. This role is hybrid, involving on-site, off-site client locations, and virtual work, primarily in the Aiken, SC area and across the Southeastern USA Region. The consultant will support a NNSA contractor managing nuclear site operations with complex regulatory and procurement requirements. This position aligns with the GSA Labor Category: Training Specialist. We are looking for candidates with relevant Nuclear and Environmental Management Sector Experience to support professional services engagements. The role focuses on comprehensive procedural support for Savannah River Nuclear Solution’s (SRNS) Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM). ProSidian reserves the right to convert this to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. The consultant will design and deliver training programs, support change management initiatives, drive workforce adoption, and facilitate stakeholder engagement to equip SRNS personnel with the knowledge and skills to adopt new C&SCM procedures. This role is crucial for driving adoption, compliance, and sustained Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) performance outcomes, empowering nuclear and environmental missions with trained, adaptable teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education, organizational development, communications, business, human resources, or related field.
  • 6+ years of training development, organizational change management, workforce enablement, curriculum design, or adult learning experience.
  • Experience supporting process rollouts, procedural training, federal clients, or regulated operations preferred.
  • Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives, and aligned with Program Support activities, Training, Change Management & Workforce Enablement Functional Area Activities.

Responsibilities

  • Designs and delivers training programs, supports change management, drives workforce adoption, and facilitates stakeholder engagement.
  • Equips SRNS personnel to adopt new C&SCM procedures through training, communications, and workforce enablement.
  • Develops a training strategy, curriculum, training manuals, presentations, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, workshops, webinars, and adoption communications.
  • Delivers or supports virtual and on-site training.
  • Collects learner feedback.
  • Reinforces implementation and adoption.
  • Establishes a communication plan that outlines the frequency and methods of communication with stakeholders.
  • Conducts an in-depth review and analysis of the prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws.
  • Develops and customizes procurement and supply chain procedures.
  • Creates and updates supporting documents, forms, terms, and conditions reflecting the newly developed procedures.
  • Develops visually appealing flow charts demonstrating the acquisition life cycle.
  • Implements support through both virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Establishes mechanisms for continuous improvement by regularly collecting feedback and monitoring effectiveness.
  • Maintains procedural, form, and terms and conditions compliance resulting from changes to prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws.
  • Ensures new procedures move from documentation into consistent daily use across affected C&SCM stakeholders.
  • Supports training for an SRNS workforce of approximately 360 personnel through role-based and scalable formats.
