As a Senior Administrative Specialist with the Division of Social Services, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the State Service Centers by keeping operations organized, responsive, and efficient. In this dynamic position, you’ll serve as a key liaison for staff, partners, and the public—providing guidance, coordinating activities, and delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels. You’ll create and manage documents, reports, and presentations; maintain records and databases; and help ensure compliance with policies and procedures. This role also offers the opportunity to support data-driven decision-making by tracking performance, preparing reports, and assisting with special projects.
