About The Position

RideNow Powersports - North Fort Worth is looking for a driven and detail-oriented C-Level Service Technician to join our growing team. This role involves performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on various powersports vehicles. The ideal candidate will work with an experienced team, follow OEM procedures, and ensure customers can ride safely and confidently. The company offers paid factory training and clear paths for career advancement.

Requirements

  • Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience
  • 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn
  • Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set of tools preferred)
  • Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides)
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
  • Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
  • Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and/or service manuals
  • Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
  • Install accessories and upgrades for customers, ensuring proper fit and functionality
  • Test ride vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of all repairs, services, and transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
  • Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
