About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring a C-Level Automotive Technician at Ed Napleton Honda St. Peters. The technician performs vehicle maintenance according to dealer and factory standards and builds customer loyalty by developing trust and confidence in Napleton as a caregiver for vehicle safety and reliability. The role is in a growing, fast-paced industry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive technical training or experience as a lube technician or technician assistant.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle inspections.
• Check oil levels and communicate them to other teammates.
• Ensure tires are properly inflated.
• Perform wheel alignments.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Install a new oil drain plug and oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Clean and replace batteries.
• Replace or repair exhaust systems.
• Remove and reinstall brake drums and/or brake shoes.
• Replace radiators.
• Perform manufacturer recalls that do not require diagnostic equipment.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
