The C-12/ King Air Army Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor/ Operations Manager will manage a team of C-12 A&P Mechanics who perform organizational level maintenance on Army C-12 / King Air (200/350/1900) aircraft. This role involves planning and coordinating all aircraft inspections, monitoring and maintaining documents of all aircraft scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and dispatching and monitoring all assigned tasks. The position requires close collaboration with the Operations Department to ensure aircraft availability for the flight schedule, assisting in the documentation of aircraft flight time and maintenance discrepancies, and monitoring the Amentum/MRO system to report all work performed. The role also includes preparing reports, tracking and documenting aircraft maintenance (scheduled, unscheduled, TBO’s, SB, S.I. L’s, A.D.’s), and maintaining aircraft historical records. A strong understanding of Army Aviation Regulations, Policies and Procedures, including AR 95-20 and FAA Federal Aviation Regulations, is essential. The supervisor will verify Maintenance Action Documentation, work with Program Regional Managers, and train site employees on proper work methods and GOP procedures. Review of the Quality Management System (QMS) - QT9 and AMRO for aircraft status, calibrations, training, etc., is also part of the responsibilities. Ensuring LGOPs are performed and align with GOP procedures, and reviewing/submitting NRT requests are also key duties. The role requires monitoring that all required maintenance has been performed before flights and performing other related duties as assigned.
