Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business
  • 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain or business related field
  • SAP experience
  • Excel experience
  • Purchasing or warehousing experience

Responsibilities

  • Processing purchase requisitions, creating purchase orders, and purchase order follow-up.
  • Coordinate expedites of material from suppliers as needed to meet warehouse/internal customer requirements.
  • Communicate and resolve shipment discrepancies, Material Return Notices, and other quality issues with the supplier.
  • Contributing to the Out of Stock report, Supplier Performance Reports, reduction of Excess and Obsolete materials exercises, and invoice processing with AP.
  • Various projects that contribute to team success
