About The Position
COLSA Corporation is seeking a Buyer to join our team to perform a variety of routine and/or low dollar value buying/purchasing tasks.
Requirements
- Performing a variety of routine and/or low dollar value buying/purchasing tasks.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for purchasing materials, supplies, and/or services for the company
- Reviews purchase requisitions
- Places orders for supplies, etc. with approved suppliers
- May assist with evaluation of bids and/or recommend suppliers.
- May coordinate with accounting department as needed to resolve questions on supplier’s invoices.
- Provides routine administrative support.
- May assist in research and negotiations with suppliers to obtain prices and specifications regarding minor purchases.
