About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in computer systems, receipts, and distribution. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, as they will be working closely with our main buyer, sales representatives, and other facilities.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Considerable knowledge of the hospital supply distribution network.
• Ability to communicate with other hospital employees.
• Good organizational traits.

Responsibilities

• Must possess good communication skills, positive and professional customer relations and good clerical perception.
• Office automation/personal computer skills.
• Visual and hearing acuity required.
• May have to sit or stand for long periods.
• Must be able to access the entire hospital, maintain manual dexterity, move and manipulate supplies and equipment.
• The Full Medical Staff and Director of Pharmacy have approved access to medications and related supplies (IV fluids, needles, etc.), which may or may not include access to a secure medication storage area, when such access is necessary to perform the other duties included in this job description.
