This position focuses on balancing cost, inventory, and service across AIT’s Distribution network by managing the ordering process for select suppliers. Key Responsibilities include: Resolving errors in the ordering process Releasing purchase orders Managing returns processing Resolving invoice discrepancies Validating past due open orders Maintaining data integrity Assessing and processing special buys Managing new introduction order processing Supporting Service Centers with issues related to the DC ordering or stocking strategy Controlling processes through the effective use of reporting and exception reporting.
