Requirements

High School degree or equivalent.
Minimum of four years' work experience in Logistics, Marketing, or Sales.
Strong sense of customer service and urgency.

Responsibilities

Enter new purchase orders for direct shipment (drop ships) to customers.
Enter purchase orders for manufacturing/AWT locations.
Respond to inquiries regarding purchase order status and resolve discrepancies (quantity, order multiples, pricing, PID issues).
Maintain direct ship purchase orders in Navision, including canceling, adjusting, and resending to suppliers.
Address CRM Activities and create/assign activities as required.
Utilize Microsoft Office, Access, Navision, CRM, and the SRRS Report Server.
Perform other duties as requested by the Procurement Supervisor.
Adhere to, promote, and accept responsibility for compliance with safety regulations and KGP's Injury and Illness Prevention Program Manual.
Participate in job site safety/hazard analysis.
