Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of four years' work experience in Logistics, Marketing, or Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Enter new purchase orders for direct shipment (drop ships) to customers.
  • Enter purchase orders for manufacturing/AWT locations.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding purchase order status and resolve discrepancies (quantity, order multiples, pricing, PID issues).
  • Maintain direct ship purchase orders in Navision, including canceling, adjusting, and resending to suppliers.
  • Address CRM Activities and create/assign activities as required.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, Access, Navision, CRM, and the SRRS Report Server.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Procurement Supervisor.
  • Adhere to, promote, and accept responsibility for compliance with safety regulations and KGP's Injury and Illness Prevention Program Manual.
  • Participate in job site safety/hazard analysis.
