Requirements

  • 5+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
  • Skill in managing multiple categories in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience mentoring or coaching others
  • Ability to develop strong vendor relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • A team-first attitude; willing to step in wherever needed

Responsibilities

  • Driving sales, managing inventory, and supporting strong category performance.
  • Leading category management processes.
  • Analyzing data and aligning decisions with financial goals.
  • Shaping strategies that influence customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Guiding product lifecycles.
  • Negotiating vendor terms.
  • Staying connected to market dynamics.
  • Collaborating with partners across merchandising, eCommerce, and sourcing to ensure information flow and alignment of initiatives.
  • Engaging in a mix of strategy, problem-solving, and hands-on execution daily.
