About The Position

Focus on driving sales, managing inventory, and supporting strong category performance. Work includes leading category management processes, analyzing data, and aligning decisions with financial goals. Efforts help shape strategies that influence both customer experience and business outcomes. You’ll guide product lifecycles, negotiate vendor terms, and stay connected to market dynamics. Collaboration with partners across merchandising, eCommerce, and sourcing keeps information flowing and initiatives aligned. Each day brings a mix of strategy, problem‑solving, and hands‑on execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
  • Skill in managing multiple categories in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to develop strong vendor relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • A team-first attitude
