About The Position
Super Vacuum Manufacturing Company is an established locally owned family business that manufactures fire equipment and emergency vehicles that help our communities to save lives. Requirements
- Experience in Product Supply, Manufacturing Systems (Supply Chain)
- Strong Interpersonal skills and effective communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Suite programs
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time, ability to bend and twist
- Must be able to obtain a forklift certification
- Is results-driven, self-starter, achievement oriented, and takes a proactive approach in getting work accomplished
- Comfortable with operating in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience building Bills of Materials (BOMs) highly desired
- A degree in supply-chain management a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Inventory management
- Interdepartmental collaboration
- Working with vendors to order and track shipments
- Material handling
- ERP navigation
- Forecasting based on historical data and current scheduled orders
- Other duties as assigned
