Requirements

Bachelors degree with 0-2 years' experience planning and controlling inventory, plus working with supply chain and inventory management systems (i.e., Advanced Excel skills, Kanban, Oracle, or similar inventory system).
Excellent organizational skills and communication through multiple sites, departments, and organizational leadership levels.
Detail oriented and focused on delivering value to the factory.
Strong analytical skills, initiative, judgment, and problem-solving ability, while driving a complex supply chain and inventory management system.

Responsibilities

Managing Manufacturing Planning, on time delivery to customers, and Kanban ordering process.
Incorporates supplier communications, negotiation, document preparation, records management, financial administration, scheduling, inventory management, and general problem solving.
Developing standard processes and support ongoing manufacturing operations.
Apply knowledge of International procurement & shipping (total cost model), by working closely with Procurement and Global Planning Teams, to assure material availability and prioritization for customers.
Plan inventory levels, locations, and execute all forecasting and planning programs by analyzing manufacturing capacity; determine when items are built.
Be a champion for the material processes.
Promote problem solving around key deliverables through Daily Management, work to implement effective countermeasures, and provide feedback to affected parties on challenges.
Communicating plans, challenges, and opportunities across the organization while working effectively to problem solve solutions.
