Requirements

Able to communicate with others in a clear and confident manner
Excellent project management and prioritization skills
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong negotiation skills
2 years of previous buying experience
Advanced Excel experience required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

Allocate merchandise to stores based on inventory analysis
Collaborate with Marketing and E-commerce teams to drive merchandise sales in stores and online
Manage a low volume of purchase orders, including purchase order creation, inventory logistics, receiving, and allocation
Perform entry-level forecasting, reporting, and sales analysis
Ensure vendor compliance with shipping and pricing policies
Work independently while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Identify trends for new products, graphics, and Rally House exclusives
