Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience.
5+ years of hands-on procurement experience in a technical or regulated environment.
Strong negotiation skills and experience evaluating cost and price data for different contract types (fixed-price, time & materials, etc.).
Must be able to obtain and maintain a “Q” clearance.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Oracle procurement modules and SharePoint tools.
Working knowledge of government acquisition requirements (FAR, DEAR).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
An active or previously held Q-level security clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead the full procurement lifecycle—reviewing purchase requests and technical data packages, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts that deliver value and reliability.
Analyze pricing, assess supplier performance, and ensure compliance with internal policies and Federal acquisition regulations.
Work with engineers on complex specs, negotiate fair deals, and manage supplier relationships to ensure Centrus gets the right materials, services, and talent at the right time.
