As a Buyer's Assistant II, you will assist buyers with inventory inbound maintenance and management, service level troubleshooting, and support various tasks with buyers, vendors, transportation, and warehouses. This role involves purchase order entry, managing inbound purchase orders (revisions, expedites, dating, securing appointments, and follow-up), responding to inquiries regarding purchase orders, inventory, transportation, and impaired inventory issues. You will also handle return logistics processes, including completing R-Bills and managing the return/disposition of impaired inventories. Additionally, the role includes producing and distributing Procurement reports, data collection, organization, and distribution, and assisting with projects related to service level and inventory management. You may also be asked to assist with start-up tasks as required by the department Manager.
