About The Position

As an Overnight Butler at Nemacolin, you will serve as the dedicated overnight ambassador for our luxury accommodations, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional comfort, privacy, and personalized service throughout the evening and overnight hours. This role is responsible for anticipating guest needs before they arise, responding promptly to requests, and maintaining Forbes Five-Star service standards while preserving a peaceful and refined atmosphere. The ideal candidate is a polished hospitality professional who thrives in an independent environment, exercises exceptional judgment, and is passionate about delivering memorable, discreet, and highly personalized service.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Strong reading and writing skills.
  • High school diploma is necessary.
  • The use of the computer, including Microsoft Office products, PMS system, spa booking system, and CRM system will be necessary.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in related hospitality fields is necessary.
  • Must be able to speak English.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior knowledge of the systems in use is not necessary, but definitely a plus.
  • Proper formalized training is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Contact assigned guests and assist with personalized services (pre-booking, spa, dining, and activity reservations).
  • Arrange, record, deliver, and charge all special requests for arriving guests.
  • Greet guests at entrance, escort guests to room, and present keys, then arrange for valet and bell service.
  • Offer personalized services including packing/unpacking and organization of guests belongings, clothing pressing, shoe shining, and description of room amenities.
  • Monitor guest activity while at the resort, including being on call for any special requests or last minute needs (including drawing of baths).
  • Gain comprehensive understanding of all menus, outlets, and amenities of resort.
  • Communicate movement of guests to all resort outlets, ensuring proper service and recognition.
  • Inspects all guest rooms prior to guest arrival ensuring excellence.
  • Inspect and present all food and beverage items ordered by the guest.
  • Research and clarify any misunderstanding with regards to guest folio.
  • Prepare bill and proper back up for presentation to the guest upon departure.
  • Assist guests with luggage transport and farewell.
  • Ability to cooperate and operate seamlessly with all departments of the resort.
  • Ability to interact with guests that have high expectations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy.
  • Other Job duties assigned.
