Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Minimum two years of customer service or related experience typically required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to speak English fluently
• Strong interpersonal, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn and utilize Microsoft Office and HOST programs
• Willingness to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts based on operational needs
• Ability to perform the physical demands associated with maintaining service areas, handling hospitality equipment, and supporting daily operational functions

Responsibilities

• Create an organized and impeccably maintained service environment by washing, sanitizing, polishing, sorting, and preparing the glassware, silverware, trays, coffee service pieces, and other hospitality assets that support daily guest experiences
• Preserve luxury service standards through the careful handling, organization, and distribution of glassware and service items, ensuring every piece is returned to its proper pantry, department, and location
• Strengthen operational efficiency by supporting butler service, in-room dining, and housekeeping teams with timely tray setup, coffee service preparation, and the replenishment of service supplies
• Elevate cleanliness throughout back-of-house spaces by maintaining service landings, managing waste disposal, and identifying opportunities to improve overall presentation and organization
• Protect resort resources by helping reduce breakage, handling service equipment with care, and maintaining accountability for hospitality assets
• Foster a culture of collaboration by working closely with departmental leaders to support cleanliness initiatives, operational priorities, and evolving guest service needs
• Support seamless daily operations through the organization and storage of incoming coffee service orders, inventories, and other assigned materials
• Contribute wherever needed, embracing additional responsibilities that help maintain service excellence and exceptional guest satisfaction
