About The Position

Resurgence Brewing Co. is hiring a Busser to support taproom staff and patrons and help maintain a clean, friendly, and fun atmosphere. The role includes setting and clearing tables, welcoming guests, running food, replenishing supplies, and cleaning. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, self-motivated, flexible, eager to learn, and interested in promoting the company’s brands and delivering an excellent guest experience. This is a part-time position requiring evening and weekend availability. Pay is $11.98 per hour plus tips.

Ability to follow directions and cleanliness protocols.
Availability to work during the company’s operating hours, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to lift and transport full kegs, with or without assistance.
Authorization to work in the United States.
