About The Position
Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a customer-focused Busser for Delfinos at Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa. The Busser supports the service team in delivering memorable hospitality by maintaining a clean, organized restaurant, keeping serving stations stocked, and clearing and cleaning tables. The role offers an opportunity to begin and grow a career in restaurants at a luxury resort. The successful candidate is quick on their feet, engaging, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
- Have an engaging and welcoming personality.
- Have knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
- Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a passion for creating an exceptional experience for guests.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to regularly lift and carry 25 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area.
- Maintain proper and adequate setup of server stations.
- Help servers keep tables clean and available for arriving guests.
- Assist servers with ongoing service details.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant area.
- Learn and understand the details of the restaurant operation.
- Work collaboratively with restaurant servers and kitchen and bar staff.
