About The Position

As a Restaurant Server, you will help provide excellent customer service and ensure guests have a positive dining experience. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and attend to guests’ needs in a courteous and efficient manner. The role involves working with restaurant colleagues to support smooth operations and exceptional service.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and escort them to their tables.
• Know the menu, including food and beverage options, specials, and promotions, and provide recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting special requests and dietary restrictions and communicating them to kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, meeting accuracy and presentation standards.
• Use suggestive selling to promote menu items, specials, and beverages.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and dining areas.
• Interact attentively and courteously with guests and address their questions or concerns.
• Present bills, process payments, and handle cash and credit card transactions according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other restaurant team members.
