About The Position

The Busser plays a key role in supporting daily café operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests while contributing to a smooth and efficient kitchen workflow. This position assists with dining area upkeep, food running, dishwashing, and overall sanitation to ensure a high-quality service experience. Working as part of a collaborative team, the Busser helps uphold TERI’s commitment to hospitality and safety.

Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with team members and guests

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED preferred
1+ years of experience in a restaurant, café, hospitality, or food service environment preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas by clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables in a timely manner
Support service flow by delivering food and beverages accurately and assisting with take-out order coordination
Restock service stations with utensils, napkins, condiments, and other essential items
Assist with dishwashing, sanitation, and proper storage of dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils
Keep kitchen, expo, and high-traffic areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
Collaborate with kitchen and café staff to ensure efficient operations and a positive guest experience
