About The Position

As a Busser in a fine dining environment, you'll actively assist and support our team of waiters, ensuring tables are promptly cleared, cleaned, and reset. Your diligence in keeping all workstations well-maintained and stocked will contribute to the smooth flow of our operations. With a keen eye, you'll ensure that all dining areas remain spotless and presentable.

Requirements

Must be bilingual (English and French) and 18 years or older.
Pleasant and helpful demeanour.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical ability to carry heavy items (25 lbs +) and stand for long hours.
Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Team player and customer-oriented.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist and support the team of waiters.
Clear, clean and reset tables.
Keep all working stations clean and stocked.
Keep all dining areas clean and presentable.
Responsible for preparing the dining room for service.
Responsible for assisting and supporting servers during service.
Responsible for closing the dining room for service.
Clean and restock stations (ex; bringing clean glasses to the bar).
Assist with placing stock away.
Assist with retrieving stock.
Empty garbage and recycling bins.
Deliver dishes to guests at appropriate tables and seats, under the supervision of the food-expeditor.
