About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and diligent Busser to help ensure a positive dining experience for guests. The Busser's main responsibilities are clearing and resetting tables and assisting servers and other staff members as needed. The role requires working effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean and safe dining area, and providing polite, professional assistance to guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Busser or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring dishes, glassware, and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables.
• Reset tables and ensure they are clean, tidy, and ready for the next guests.
• Refill water glasses and restock necessary items.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Assist with general cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including uniform and grooming standards.
