Busser Team Members maintain a clean and sanitary dining room for guests while providing the dependable, fast service Chili’s is known for. The role supports the service team and helps maintain a safe, welcoming environment in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. Some shifts are in the evenings, on weekends, and on holidays.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Availability for some evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clear dishes, sweep dining room floors, stock supplies, sanitize contact surfaces, and reset tables for the next guests.
• Perform duties to support the service team as instructed by a manager.
• Work quickly to provide friendly service and keep pace with the restaurant and team.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
