The Busser is responsible for exemplifying MCR's values and setting a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism. This role supports the wait staff by clearing and resetting tables, filling water glasses, serving coffee, restocking condiment shelves, and ensuring the dining area remains clean, presentable, safe, and sanitary. The Busser also contributes to a positive work environment and assists with other duties as assigned.
