Busser (PM Shifts)
About The Position
Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Busser to join the team at the Boston Marriott Burlington. The Busser plays a key role in the success of the operation by supporting the service team in delivering memorable hospitality to guests. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring serving stations are stocked, clearing and cleaning tables, and generally keeping the restaurant environment clean. The ideal candidate will be quick on their feet, possess an engaging attitude, and have a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the server stations
- Assist the servers in maintaining clean available tables for arriving guests
- Assist servers with continual service details
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant area
- Understand the details of the restaurant operation
- Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
