About The Position

The Busser position at Hog Island Oyster Co. ensures that tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset between seatings. The position requires work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 2 p.m. to close.

Responsibilities

• Assist with guests’ needs.
• Clean and replenish menus, crockery, and cutlery between tables.

• Know the menu.
• Fill in where needed to support guest service standards and efficient operations.
• Know and follow restaurant rules and procedures.
• Follow relevant health department rules and regulations and customer service guidelines.
• Fill empty water glasses.
• Set decorations when needed.
• Help complete side work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
