About The Position

Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks all service stations; assists food servers with table service.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting.
• Ability to promptly and consistently reset all serviceware as prescribed.
• Ability to maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment.
• Ability to wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary.
• Ability to serve guests beverages, breads and butter and replenish as necessary.
• Ability to assist servers with food and beverage service.
• Ability to transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.
• Ability to perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products.
• Ability to fold napkins throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply.
• Ability to perform all assigned side work, including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands.
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned, such as cleaning unexpected spills, handling special guest requests, and greeting and seating guests.

Responsibilities

• Performs any general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor.

• Perform other duties as assigned, such as cleaning unexpected spills, handling special guest requests, and greeting and seating guests.
