About The Position

Roux, a new restaurant from 40North Restaurants / Villa Restaurant Group, is coming to Summit, NJ — and we’re looking for reliable, energetic Bussers and Food Runners to join our opening team! We are seeking individuals to assist Servers and the restaurant team in providing great Guest service. This role involves delivering food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Servers and the restaurant team in providing great Guest service
• Deliver food and beverages to Guests quickly and accurately
• Clear and reset tables throughout service
• Keep dining and service areas clean and organized
• Assist with running food from the kitchen to the dining room
• Support Servers with Guest requests and table needs
• Restock supplies and maintain service stations
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
