About The Position
Roux, a new restaurant from 40North Restaurants / Villa Restaurant Group, is coming to Summit, NJ — and we’re looking for reliable, energetic Bussers and Food Runners to join our opening team! We are seeking individuals who are friendly, energetic, and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, able to move quickly and work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication skills and attention to detail. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.

Responsibilities
- Assist Servers and the restaurant team in providing great Guest service
- Deliver food and beverages to Guests quickly and accurately
- Clear and reset tables throughout service
- Keep dining and service areas clean and organized
- Assist with running food from the kitchen to the dining room
- Support Servers with Guest requests and table needs
- Restock supplies and maintain service stations
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
