About The Position

The Busser clears used tableware, napkins, and refuse from tables, wipes tables and chairs, and removes debris and crumbs from surrounding floor areas. The role supports restaurant service by resetting tables, maintaining clean and stocked bus stations, returning clean dishes and utensils to service stations, sweeping floors, replenishing ice, retrieving and rotating stockroom supplies, and helping waitstaff respond to customer requests. The associate is expected to maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor and perform other duties as assigned by management.

The position is at the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colorado. The posting is open until 11/15/2026 or until filled. Pay is $16.50 per hour plus tips. No formal education or prior experience is required; basic knowledge of restaurant operations is required.

Requirements

• Must have basic knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds, including serving trays, carts, tables, chairs, and small equipment.
• Ability to travel up to 300 feet regularly throughout the shift and maintain full range of mobility.
• Ability to stand continuously during preparation, service, or expediting.
• Ability to read meters and controls.

Responsibilities

• Clear used tableware, napkins, and refuse from tables and take them to tubs in the bus station.
• Wipe tables and chairs and clear debris and crumbs from surrounding floor areas.
• Reset tables according to established standards so new customers can be seated promptly.
• Remove full tubs from bus stations to the dishwashing area and keep bus stations clean, stocked, and orderly.
• Retrieve cleaned dishes, glassware, and utensils from the dish room and distribute them to service stations.
• Sweep restaurant floors throughout the shift.
• Retrieve requisitioned items from the stockroom, verify requisitions, store supplies in the proper places, and rotate stock.
• Assist waitstaff by refilling beverages and responding to requests for condiments, food items, or clean tableware.
• Keep ice stations filled by carrying ice from the main ice machine.
• Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management.
