The Kitchen in the Woodlands is seeking Bussers for both morning and evening shifts. The FOH Guest Service Partner is a key member of the front of the house team, responsible for guest relations, food quality, cleanliness, and organization. This role may involve working as a Cashier, Barista, Greeter, Expo, and/or Busser. The position typically reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for ensuring front of the house operations meet company expectations during their shift. The partner must adhere to the company's steps of service to provide excellent guest care and maintain positive guest relations by anticipating and meeting guest needs. Responsibilities include checking food for accuracy and freshness, managing guest relations, cash control, inventory control, and effective teamwork.
