About The Position

JRDN Restaurant, located in the award-winning Tower23 Hotel, is seeking a Busser to join their team. This is an opportunity to work in a high-volume, up-market, contemporary oceanfront steak and seafood restaurant known for its California-fresh cuisine and excellent service. The ideal candidate will contribute to the restaurant's tradition of excellence and provide superior customer service.

Requirements

• At least six (6) months of previous front of house restaurant experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Self-motivated and works with a sense of urgency
• Must have the availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivers superior customer service to all customers by acting with a “customer comes first” attitude.
• Assist the service team with clearing and resetting tables, filling water glasses, polishing of silverware and glassware
• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
• Ability to completely answer food related questions from guests.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
